Jullie Kay Blevins Reynolds, 62, wife of James Edward Reynolds, passed Saturday, July 15, 2017. She was born February 20, 1956 in Woodford County, KY to the late Ruphus Stanley and Pearl Agnes Shae Blevins. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Family survivors are two daughters, Hope Reynolds (Hershall) Madden and Dana (Greg May) Reynolds, ten grandchildren, Lacey, Mikey, Cody, and Dallas Reynolds, Craig Peel, Emily Madden, Brittany and Katie May , and Shy Madden, one great granddaughter, Patience Reynolds, two sisters, Betty Jo Blevins and Mellissa Rhineheimer, and other family members. Service will be 1:30 PM Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
