Kenneth Edward Hall, 68, husband of Connie Lou Bair Hall, passed Saturday, November 5, 2016. Kenneth was born December 19, 1947 in Winchester to the late Odie and Ethel Sparks Hall. He attended Chapel Hill Baptist Church and was retired from Pepsi Cola after twenty five years. He loved to sing and listen to music. Kenneth was a police officer for the City of Wilmore from 1986 until 2008, a City of Nicholasville Code Enforcement Officer from 2002 until 2013, a Deputy Sheriff for a number of years and was in the Army Reserve for six years. Most of all Kenneth loved spending time with his family. Additional survivors are two daughters, Ginny Dean Milburn and Amy Michelle (Jesse) Peel, five grandchildren, Kenneth Jacob Roberts, Brittney Roberts, Candice Roberts, Casey Peel and Frank Alexander Peel, three great grandchildren, Sydnee Roberts, Anniegrace Lamb and Kai Nyomi Brown, four siblings, Peggy Reece, Judy Isaacs. Lois Cornish and Billy Hall, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. Kenneth was also preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Joslin and Jannie Marie Hall. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at Chapel Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Bobby Lakes officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6:00 until 9:00 PM Tuesday at the church. Bearers will be Jacob Roberts, Frank Peel, Jesse Peel, Mark Hall, Ron Milburn, Tony Joslin, John Joslin and Matt Hall.
