Latisha "Tish" Annette Morgan

Loving Mother, Latisha (Tish) Annette Morgan, 44, went to be with the Lord on May 9, 2024. Tish had lost her battle with cancer after fighting for a year and a half.

Tish was the loving mother of Adison Nevaeh Cobb (19), second mother of Olivia Pearl Wade (21) and Emily Madison Moore (14), daughter of Larry Dale Morgan and Joanne Morgan, sister to Lori (and husband Wes) Powell, aunt to Caleb Powell (7) and Ava Powell (5), niece of Donna Dickenson, and fiancée to Robert Moore. She was born on September 4, 1979 in Lexington, Kentucky. She resided in Berea, Kentucky for the last 3 years.

Tish was employed at the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital as a Pediatric and Fetal Cardiac Sonographer. She loved her profession working with children and retired after over 20 years of service. She studied at Sullivan College, Jackson College and Eastern Kentucky University where she recently obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies.

Tish will be remembered as a joyful soul, who was always loving, generous, selfless, and always putting others’ needs before her own. She loved and was extremely proud of her daughter (Adison) as she was most precious to her. She loved being outside, home renovations, her dogs, vacationing, and her annual gingerbread competitions. Tish will be dearly missed by her daughter, mother, father, sister, aunt, and fiancé, as well as all her extended family and friends whose lives she had touched.

Tish was preceded in death by (cousin) Jason Eric Dickenson, (Papaw) James Ray Dickenson, (Nannie) Emma Jean Dickenson, (Aunt) Sharon Lynn Dickenson, (“Papaw Morgan”) Elmer Morgan, (Grandmother) Louise Morgan, (Uncle) Kenneth Morgan, (Uncle) Danny Morgan, and (Uncle) Merle Morgan.

Pallbearers: Adam Morgan, Marquette Hanson, Greg Hawkins, Kenneth Huffman, Seth Burke, and Camden Caudill.

Honorary Pallbearers: Amy Hanson, Morgan Wilhite, April Santos, Anna Mae Huffman, Adison Cobb, Olivia Wade, Emily Moore, Robert Moore, Wes Powell, Paul Huffman, Earl Morgan, and Lynn Sturgill

Visitation will be held at Betts & West Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 beginning at 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with her funeral services being held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM of which, Pastor Terry Moore will officiate.
