Lee Edward Saylor

Lee Edward Saylor, 83, husband of Mary Lee Wilder Saylor, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at his home. He was born December 20, 1927 in Pineville, KY to the late Levi Sampson and Lizzie Jane Ely Saylor. He was a carpenter and member of Pontiac Primitive Baptist Church. Additional survivors are six children, Judy Gayle (Smitty) Smith of MI, Shirley Kay (Don) Caudle of NC, Jerry Lee (Stephanie) Saylor, Timothy James Wilder, Terry Lee (Denise) Saylor, all of Nicholasville, April Jane (Daniel) Tolson of Lancaster, thirteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Geneva Saylor of Lancaster and other family members. Services will be 1:00 pm Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Elder Kenneth Robbins officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home Bearers will be Christopher Tolson, Matthew Clay, Justin Williams, Johnny Byrd, Stephen Tolson and Ronnie Saylor.
