Leslie Kay Brown Buckler

Leslie Kay Brown Buckler, 57, widow of John A. Buckler of Woodford County, died April 25, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital of cardiac arrest. She was born September 19, 1951, daughter of the late Vernon and Linnie Brown. She is survived by two nieces, Felicia (Tony) Pitasi-Cape Coral FL, Rita (Tim) Maple-Portland, OR, one nephew, Michael Sorrell- Naples, FL, two great nephews, Erik, Mathews, Steven Olekas, two great nieces, Shelby and Taylor Sorrell, one stepson, John Thomas Buckler-Berea, KY and a brother in law-Bill Sorrel. Services will be 2:00pm Saturday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Nonesuch Cemetery, Woodford Co. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Friday. Bearers will be John Thomas Buckler, Tommy Turner, Phillip Reed, Tom Yann, Wayne Wright and Ed Lay.
