Margarita Meza Chavez

Margarita Meza Chavez, age 83, wife of Salvador Meza, passed away on September 13, 2024, in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born on March 7, 1941, in Jalisco, Mexico, to the late Monico Chavez and Lorenza Diaz. She is survived by seven sons: Jesus, Jose, Manuel, Anjel, Jose Luis, Graviel, and Antonio Meza; six daughters, Marcela, Leticia, Margarita, Socorro, Esther, and Doloros Meza; and a brother, Lucio Godines. Funeral Mass will be conducted at noon on Friday, September 20, 2024, at St. Luke Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until 11:30 PM Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Anjel, Manuel, Jose, Antonio, Jesus, and Juan Meza will be casket bearers.
