Matthew Kane Kanatzar

Matthew Kane Kanatzar, age 49, passed away January 4, 2019 at his residence in Versailles, Kentucky He was born on August 29, 1969 in Lexington, Kentucky to Roger Kanatzar and the late Helen Locker Kanatzar. Matthew was a 1988 graduate of Woodford Co. High School and a former employee of the City of Nicholasville and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Besides his father Matthew is survived by one son Taylor Dean Kanatzar, one brother Daryl Keith Kanatzar, ex wife Macey Dean Kanatzar and her mother Bonnie Dean, one nephew Daryl (Christine) Kanatzar, step mother Mary Lois Kanatzar, step sister Amy Ledford, Jill DeVary and Kali DeVary. Besides his mother he was preceded in death by one sister in law Leslie Ruth Kanatzar. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
