Nicole Jean Barnett

Nicole (Nikki) Jean Barnett, 41, of Nicholasville went to her heavenly home February 16, 2015 at UK Hospital surrounded by her family and friends. She is survived by her parents Thomas and Sharon Stutler, husband Michael Barnett, daughters Emily Jones, Zoe Barnett, Cadence Barnett and Laurel Barnett all of Nicholasville. Brother Gerald Scott Stutler of Somerset, KY and mother in law Betty (Coleman 'Jr' Phillips) Barnett of Nicholasville additional survivors uncles William (Brenda) Spaulding, SC, Sandy (Mary Beth), Mark (Cathie), Marshall Spaulding, Danny (Marilyn), Larry (Sharon), Ronny (Tondra) Stutler all of Chas, WV. Aunts Marilyn (David) Bays Eastview Summit, Ky Roseanna Spaulding Raleigh, NC, brother in law Scotty (Kenlyn) Barnett, Shauna (Josh) Polley of Nicholasville and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Proceeded in death by one brother Sean Stutler, paternal grandparents Bill and Shirley Stutler, maternal grandparents Russell and Izola Spaulding and one Aunt Robin Brown. Nikki was active in Girl Scouts, 4H, dance, drama and cheerleading. She was in many beauty pageants including Miss Lexington and Miss Jessamine Jamboree. She loved crafts making many UK

wreaths for family and friends. Active with youth soccer and cheer coach. Lady Jaguar's volleyball as well as VBS at Bethel Christian. Nikki was a loving mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend. She was baptized in faith early in life attending Bethel Christian Church. She loved life, laughter, and her beloved dog Tiny. Service will be held at Betts & West Funeral Home at 1PM Tuesday February 24, 2015 with Brother Bill Bales officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Monday February 23, 2015 at the funeral home. Casket Bearers will be Floyd Walker, Mike Walker, Bobby Barron, Scotty Barnett, Cole Brown and Nathan Wood. Nikki was a double lung transplant recipient. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to UK transplant clinic, Cystic Fibrosis Society or a charity of one's choice.
