Norma Jean Fehr Quinn, 91, widow of Franklin Johnson Quinn, died Saturday, April 14, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Francis Joseph Fehr and Doris Josephine Erb Fehr. She is survived by six children and their spouses, Ronald (Sherry) Quinn, Donald (Sandy) Quinn, Richard Quinn, John Robert (Mary Ann) Quinn, Doris (Johnny) Collier and Martha (Mark) Sims, thirteen grandchildren, thirty three great grandchildren, brothers, Maurice (Nancy) Fehr, Ralph Edward (Renate) Fehr, James Fehr and Earl (Ailene) Fehr, numerous other family members. She was preceded in death by a great grandson, Deacon Quinn Collier and a sister, Charlotte Fehr. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at St. Luke Catholic Church with Rev. William Bush and Rev. Tony Stevens officiating. A Rosary will be 7:30 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. She will be buried with her husband at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 until 7:30 PM and Wednesday from 9:30 until 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Grandsons will serve as bearers.
