Paul Allen Prince

Paul Allen Prince formerly of Youngstown, Ohio was the son of Elroy and Gertrude Booth Prince. He graduated from South Hill High School in Ohio. Paul was a United States Marine and served in Vietnam 1968-1969. He was a faithful member of the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church Nicholasville, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Donald Bruce Prince. Paul was proud of his service to his country and spent his last years at Thomson Hood Medical Center, Wilmore, KY, which he considered his home. He has given generously to Mt. Lebanon Methodist Church, All Gods Children, Revive House, Jessamine Homeless Coalition, Salvation Army, Jessamine Co. Education Foundation, VFW Posts #680 and American Legion Post #63. Visitation at Betts & West Funeral Home will be Saturday, February 2, 2019 10AM-12PM with funeral services starting at 12 PM. Pastor Mike Canada officiating. Burial will be at Camp Nelson National Cemetery, 11AM, February 4, 2019. Pallbearers are Gary Burdine, Greg Hobson, Tommy Cobb, Randall Chewning, Jim Vannoy and David Thomas. Paul’s love of life will to live and infectious laugh will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
