Paul Stoneking

Paul Stoneking, 88, husband of Mazel Hilma Snyder Stoneking of Winchester Center for Health and Rehab, died Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Paul was born September 7, 1919 in Braxton Co., WV to the late Forney Patrick and Edna Rhodes Stoneking. He was a United Methodist Minister for forty one years and after retirement continued in evangelism. Survivors are a daughter, Marty (Paul) Law-Missionaries in and living in the D.R. Congo, three grandchildren, Dr. Stephanie Law-CA, Burleigh (Holly) Law-IN, Stacy Law (Franco) Salvatori-PA, six great grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua, Rachel and Nate Law-IN, Anna and Micah Salvatori-PA, two brothers, Dean and Denzil Stoneking-WV and other family members. Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday at Nicholasville United Methodist with Pastor Mike Snyder officiating and burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Nicholasville. Visitation will be 5 until 8 PM Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home and Saturday from Noon until time of service at the church. Family will serve as bearers. Honorary bearers will be Dean and Denzil Stoneking. He loved serving his Lord, Jesus Christ.
