Pauline Mae Wilson Moberly

Nicholasville-Pauline Mae Wilson Moberly, wife of Owen Wayne Moberly for 49 years and beloved mother of Sherry (Junior) Lee, Jeffery W. (Susanna) Moberly and Jerry L. (Rebecca) Moberly was carried by angels to be with the Lord after a lengthy illness. She came to rest with her family at her side on Sunday, January, 17, 2010 at Christian Care Center in Lancaster, KY. In addition to her husband and children Pauline is survived by grandchildren Scotty (Cassie) Lee, Josh (Lisa) Lee, Heather (Joey) Moberly-Blake, Lauren, Amanda and Madeline Moberly, Michelle (Daniel) Moberly-Melcher and Kenneth Moberly, great grandchildren, Tyler and Tristan Lee, Levi, Zoe and Mason Lee and siblings Dorothy (Charles) Price, Marvin (Brenda) Earl (Barbara), Donald (Marie) and Carl Wilson. She was born February 27, 1942 in Casey County to the late Ernest B. and Iona D. Wilson. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Wilson. Pauline was a member of Bethel Christian Church where she came to accept Jesus Christ as her Savior. She spent the majority of her life caring for those around her as a homemaker, devoted wife and Mother. She had many friends and family that she kept close to her heart. She loved spending time with those she loved most of all. Funeral services celebrating Pauline-s life will be held 2:00pm Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Bales officiating. Burial will follow in the Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-9pm today. Bearers will be Kenneth Moberly, Daniel Melcher, Scotty and Josh Lee, Joey Blake and Billy Hall. Honorary bearers will be Charles Plowman and Allen Padgett. Flowers are welcomed or memorials in the name may be made to Hospice Care Center at St. Joseph Hospital or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
