Phillip Anthony Hunter

Phillip Anthony Hunter, 37, passed Sunday, April 17, 2016. He was born September 9, 1978 in Lexington, KY to James Richard 'Rick' Hunter and Sandra Lynn Clift Hunter. Phillip liked to play basketball, talk politics, go hunting and fishing and play video games. He is also survived by his daughter, jaelin Hunter, a sister, Christina Hunter, a brother, Shawn Hunter, maternal grandmother, Freida Clift, paternal grandfather, James Richard Hunter Sr. and other family members. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, William T. 'Bill' Clift and his paternal grandmother, Minnie Jo Tudor Hunter. Graveside service will be Noon Tuesday at Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home.
