Rena Peel Corman 90, widow of Fred Corman, passed, Monday, October 2, 2017. She was born March 6, 1927 in Jessamine County to the late Otis and Elizabeth Stinnett Peel. She was retired from IBM after 28 years of service. She was a member of Bethel Christian Church and liked sewing, and crocheting. Family survivors are a daughter, Wanda Elliott, granddaughter, Mindy (Allin) Harris, three great granddaughters, Megan (Mike) Fogle, Brittany Harris, and Madison Harris, two special great great granddaughters, Addison and Evelyn Fogle, granddaughter, Sandy (Lawrence) Grubb,great granddaughter, Brooke Grubb, sister, Ann Hash and other family members. She was preceded in death by a sister and three brothers. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM on Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Bales officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Bearers will be Allin Harris, David Walters, Ron Morris, Joe Bellamy, Mickey Stinnett and Cecil Gayhart.
