Richard Duggins

Richard Duggins, 71, died Thursday, December 6, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on November 13, 1947 in Lexington, Kentucky, the son of the late Glenn Richard and Drumenda Masters Duggins. Richard was retired from Glenn Duggins Plastering and was an Army Veteran. He is survived by two brothers, David (Judy) Duggins and Tony Duggins and a sister, Marsha Duggins and other family members. Services will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Leonard Fitch officiating. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
