Roger Darren Redferin Clark

Darren Redferin Clark, age 45, passed away Tuesday 3/11/25 at his home in Wilmore, KY. He was born April 19, 1979, in Lexington, KY. He was a native of Wilmore and a 1997 graduate of Jessamine Co HS. Darren enjoyed Saturday night poker (win or lose). He loved a good karaoke night with his friends. Regardless of their record, you would catch him yelling at the TV cheering for his Steelers. Every Monday night you couldn’t bother him while wrestling was on. He enjoyed playing darts, bowling & rollercoasters (front seat only). Most of all he was always excited while bragging on his 3 sons and their accomplishments.

Darren is preceded in death by his brother (Timothy Brown), both grandmothers (Tulsa Clark and Katie Caruthers), both grandfathers (Thomas Clark and James Redferin), his great-grandmother (Marie Peters) and his best friend (Nate Baker).

Darren is survived by his 3 sons: Nate (Mallory) Clark, Chris (Gabby) Clark, and Kendrick (Melissa) Curry. His parents Roger Redferin and Bertie Poore. His sisters Stephanie Lane and Chelsey Redferin. 5 nephews: Cody, DaShawn, D’onta, Darius and A’ryan and 3 nieces: Cortney (Maverick), Britney and A’mara. The mother of his sons Kristie Clark and his girlfriend Debi Taylor. He is also survived by 7 uncles, 3 aunts, 9 first cousins, and 12 second cousins.

Visitation will be held Tuesday March 18, 2025, 3p-5p at Betts & West funeral home 404 N Main St. Nicholasville, KY 40356
