Ronald Earl Scanlon

Ronald E. Scanlon, 65, died Thursday. Ronald was born June 6, 1946 in Lexington, KY to the late James Edward and Ethel Mae McCullough Gardner. Survivors are four children, Timaca Lynn Barnett, Rhonda Tammy Scanlon, Jeffrey Scanlon, Ronald Scanlon Eads, eleven grandchildren, four sisters, Margaret Proctor, Joy Faircloth, Barbara Bailey, Bonnie Pierce, four brothers, Charles, James and Dean Scanlon and other family members. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Emma Jane Hall Scanlon and a son, Bryan K. Hall. Services will be 1 pm Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Barnes officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 11am until time of service Thursday. Bearers will be Charles, Ron and Jeffrey Scanlon, David Howell, Rocky Conrad and Charlie Brown Jr..
