Sarah Jane Puckett Walls, 62, wife of Thomas A. Walls, died Monday September, 21, 2009. She was born February 19, 1947 in Nicholasville, KY to Ambrose and Della Smith Puckett. Additional survivors are three children, Brenda Lynn Willis of Danville, Jesse Franklin Willis and Michael Lee (Janice) Willis of Missouri, three granddaughters, Breanna S. Williams and Desare Yaremchak of Nicholasville and Whitney L. Williams of Danville, three great grandchildren, Evan and Jason Tuggle and Layla Yaremechak, three sisters, Lorene Walker of New Mexico, Judy (Russell) McClure and Ruby (Willie) Rhinehiemer of Nicholasville, two brothers, Rex (Karen) and Tim (Tammy) Puckett of Nicholasville, a sister in law, Julia Puckett of Nicholasville and other family members. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Stone and three brothers, Rev. Russell Puckett, David and Wesley Puckett. Services will be 11:00 am Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Dewayne Brewer and Bro. Benny Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Bearers will be Russ and Steve McClure, David and Darrack Puckett and Frank and Mike Willis. Honorary bearers will be Robert Brown and David Walls.
