Savannah Jeen Goldey was a beautiful free-spirited soul. She could light up the room with her laugh. Savannah was born on February 16, 1993, and passed away unexpectedly on January 30, 2023. Savannah was hard-working and very artistic. She worked building fences with her brother, Spencer, and used her creative skills to decorate anything she could. Savannah loved her daughter, Veyda, with all of her heart and we can see Savannah’s sweet and sassy personality shine through her precious girl. Savannah’s family and friends meant the world to her, and her memory will live on through them.
Savannah will be remembered by her daughter Veyda and Veyda’s father, Ryan O’Hearn who love her very much. She is the daughter of Cindy Goldey, a sister to Mary Carpenter (Danny), Matthew Goldey (Meghan), Spencer Goldey (Maegan), Casey Relford (Danielle), and a granddaughter to Alta Jean Carter. She was an aunt to Emma, Cali, Sarah, Ryan, Elyce, Erin, Adelynn, Spencer Jr., and Everlee. Savannah also had many aunts, uncles, and family and friends who loved her. She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Goldey, and her papaw who she adored, James “Jim” Carter. She was also preceded in death by grandparents, Alvin Woody Sr. and Frank and Nellie Goldey.
