Thomas Alfred Walls Jr., 69, husband of Margaret Hall Walls, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022, at his home in Lancaster. He was born in Danville, Kentucky, on September 16, 1952, to the late Thomas Alfred Walls Sr. and Rosemary Baril Walls. He was a farmer as well as a pastor in the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; three stepsons, Garry “Patt” Wylie, David Wylie, and Timothy Moore; stepdaughter, April Wylie; brother, Harold David Walls (Katherine); sisters, Cheri Lynn Walls Jones (William Reddick), and Michelle Anthonette Roberts; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and Robert Brown, who he considered to be like a son; as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Services will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, May 20, at Betts & West Funeral Home, with Pastor Monty Carney officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Garry Wylie, Tyler Wylie, Jonathan Brown, David Wylie, Jeremiah Wylie, Timothy Moore, and Robert Brown. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
