Thomas C. Welch

Thomas C. Welch, 75, husband of Marion Faye Welch, of Wilmore Road, died Saturday, July 6, 2013 after a long illness. He was the son of the late Harvey Lester Welch and Gladys Yarnell Sanders Welch.

Mr. Welch was a sales manager for Tom's Food, enjoyed watching westerns, listening to country music, traveling and being with his family.

Additional survivors include three sons and their wives, Marvin F. and Wanda Welch, Jeffrey C. and Kem Welch and Luke A. and Jaime Welch, three grandchildren, Sean, Zarriana and Dorian Welch, two sisters, Mary (David ) Myers and Gloria (Jerry) McConathy, a brother, Donny (Juanita) Welch, numerous other family members. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Welch and a sister, Gladys Wiley.

Services will be 2:00pm Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Leonard Fitch and Chaplin Billy Holland officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8pm Tuesday. Burial will be in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Bearers will be Donny Welch Jr., Bobby Welch, Jerry McConathy, Phillip, Mark and Glen Hammond, Greg and James West and Michael McGrann.
