Tony Anthony Burgess Sr., 59, husband of Jeannie Rae Ratliff Burgess, passed Monday, March 6, 2017. He was born July 3, 1957 in Cincinnati OH to the late Joseph Laverne and Jean Reed Burgess. Tony loved his family, friends, and being involved in sports and poker with them. Family survivors are two children, Tony Anthony Burgess II and Thad Alston Burgess, one sister, Linda (Greg) Brown, two brothers, David Burgess and Danny Burgess, a mother in law, Sylvia Nutter and other family members. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Prather. Service will be 5:00 PM Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until time of service Thursday.
