Vernon Lee Houp, 60, passed away July 31, 2019 in Nicholasville, KY. He was born on June 26, 1959 in Jessamine County to the late William and Roxie Baker Houp. Vernon is survived by four sons Jason, David, Jeremiah and Vernon Houp Jr., two daughters Rebecca Whitaker and Melanie Neal and three brothers Virgil, Enos and David Houp.
