Virgil Clay Houp, 79, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021, at his home in Crab Orchard, Kentucky. He was born on December 22, 1941, in Jessamine County, Kentucky to the late Henry and Mary Estes Houp. He is survived by two nephews, Michael Lee Houp and James Burge and a niece, Lisa Hall and a sister, Martha Woosley. Services will be 1:30 PM Monday, September 20, 2021, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with Military Honors by Caswell Saufley, American Legion Post 18, Stanford, Kentucky.
