Vivian Coats Briney, 80, widow of Gayle Cruikshank, died May 30 at Royal Manor Nursinig Home after a brief illness. She was formerlay of Main Street Baptist Manor Apartments in Lexington. Survivors include four children, Becky Lovett, Gayle Burke, Anne Diamond and her husband Paul of Nicholasville and Melanie Briney, five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Clark. Memorial services will be 1:00pm Thursday June 3 at Lighthouse Baptist Church with Pastor Dan Barnes officiating.
