Wavyleen Walker Lowry

Wavyleen Walker Lowry, 84, wife of Ray Lowry died Friday, November 2, 2012. She was born June 22, 1928 in Nicholasville, KY to the late Elic and Delia Reynolds Walker. She was a member of Nicholasville Baptist Church. Wavyleen loved to collect dolls and dishes. Survivors are a daughter, Carolyn (James) Taylor, two grandchildren, Sheary (Ronnie) Parker and Angie (Randy) Preston, four great grandchildren, misty and Lucas Parker, Brett and Ethan Preston, two great great grandchildren, Gracie Bowen and Evan Cobb and other family members. Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Bearers will be Sheary Parker, Angie Preston, Misty Parker, Lucas Parker, Brett Preston, Ethan Preston, Ronnie Parker and Randy Preston.
