William Barry Rose

William Barry Rose, 74, husband of Sylvia Bruce Rose, died December 23, 2017 after a brief illness. He was a U.S. Air Force veterans and was retired from the Fayette County Public Schools. Other survivors include his children, April Rose (Marty) Prather & Jeff (Lynn) Caldwell, 3 grandchildren, Lane Prather, Jalen Caldwell and Zach Caldwell. He was also preceded in death by a sister Pat Anderson and a brother Bobby Rose. Services will be 1:30 P.M. Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Bearers will be Marty Prather, Jalen Caldwell, Wayne Hager, Troy Hager, Dave Paske, and Buddy Prather, Jr. Honorary bearers will be Jeff Caldwell, Lane Prather and Chuck Cropper.
