William "Bill" Wiley Cooper, Jr.

William (Bill) Wiley Cooper, Jr., 70, of Nicholasville, Ky., husband of the late Constance A. Cooper, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at his home. Bill was born October 14, 1953, in Lexington, Ky., to the late William Wiley and Ruth Madelyn Cooper. He was a Bryan Station High School graduate and one of the 'Narco Kids', while living on the residential Station at the former U.S.P.H.S. Hospital. (Narco) Bill was a retired employee of Schneider Electric (Square D Co.) and had been an employee at Logan Security. Bill is survived by two step-daughters, Angel Madden and Liberty Arnold; his sister, Sandra Renfro, and step-sister, Judy Stangle of Lexington, Ky.; six grandchildren, Ciera, Barbara, Carrington, Camron, Maranda, and Khloe, many great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Cooper; stepmother, Virginia L. Cooper; nephew, Kevin Renfro; and great-grandchildren, Maison Frye and Kenlee Frye. The family wishes to thank Hospice of the Bluegrass for their kindness and care of Bill. There will be no visitation or service. Betts and West Funeral Home is honored to serve the Cooper family.
