Willis Morgan Parks, 93, of Nicholasville, husband of the late Francis Sponcil Parks, went to his Heavenly home April 23, 2015. He was born February 2, 1922 to Ike and Callie Parks of Nicholasville who preceded him in death. His wife Leavon 'Bonnie' Daughtery Parks, Nicholasville, also preceded him in death. He retired from Von Grunigen Hardware and Montgomery Ward. He was a deacon of Nicholasville United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his daughter Brenda (Billy) Parks Jasper, Nicholasville, stepdaughter Elaine (Joseph 'Joe') Phelan of Falls Church, VA, stepson Keith (Kim) Messmer, Lancaster, grandsons: Jim Jasper, Shelbyville and Jason Jasper, Nicholasville, granddaughter Stephanie (Tom Loftis) Foster, Falls Church, VA, grandsons Coulter and Elijah Messmer, Lancaster, great grandchildren: Maggie Jasper, Versailles, Cody and Joshua Jasper, Nicholasville, and Olivia & Nicholas 'Nico' Foster and Max Loftis of Falls Church, VA, and a brother Bobby (Ann) Parks, Nicholasville. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
His brother Grover Parks, Lexington, and his sisters Vivian 'Beebee' Cobb and Katherine Underwood both of Nicholasville preceded him in death.

Visitation will be held 5-8 pm Sunday, April 26, 2015 and Funeral 2pm on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Betts and West Funeral Home with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery, Nicholasville
