Wilma Ramsey Mcmurry

Wilma Jean Ramsey Mcmurry,77, died July 7, 2009 at Central Baptist Hospital.The widow of Ron McMurry, she was born in Pine Knot, Ky. the daughter of Robert and Eva Ross Wilson. She was the owner of French Bauer Dairy in Lexington for many years with her husband Charles Ramsey. She was a member of Jessamine Christian Church and active in the Senior Citizens Center. She is survived by her children, Ron ( Vicki) Ramsey, Sharon (Ron) Keefe, Robin (Donnie) Clift. Grandchildren Kyle and Tamara Brooks, Kye Keefe, Chad and Michael Clift, three great grandchildren,her sister, Nona Klazura and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Len Wilson and Mary Frausto. Services were July 13, 2009 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Sholar officiating. Burial followed in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Bearers were Ron and Kye Keefe, Donnie and Chad Clift, Kyle Brooks and Pedie Reed. Donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
